• Photos are for illustration. Colours can look different on screens, and some photos show a product in use rather than the exact item.
• Sizes, GSM, micron thickness and shading percentages are nominal. Small tolerances in size and weight are normal for woven, coated and knitted materials.
• If you need an exact colour match or specification, ask us before ordering — we can send photos or you can visit the shop.

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery is charged separately: it starts from the minimum delivery charge, depends on your location and is confirmed on the confirmation call.
• Prices can change without notice, but the price of your order is the one shown when you placed it — unless there was an obvious error, in which case we'll tell you before dispatch and you can cancel.
• Products marked “Price on request” are quoted individually.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or we can't reach you — and we'll tell you if we do.

Website orders are paid by cash on delivery. For large, custom or made-to-order jobs we may ask for an advance, which we agree with you before work begins.

• Custom items are made to the sizes and details you give us and confirm. Please check your measurements carefully — we're happy to help.
• Ready dates for custom work are estimates and can change with workload, material availability or weather.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless we say otherwise, and depend on stock at the time you confirm. Raw material prices move, so a quote may need updating after it expires.

Delivery charges, times and cash on delivery are covered by our shipping & delivery policy.

Covers, shades and structures must be fixed and tensioned properly for the site and the weather. Unless we have agreed to install an item for you, installation and fixing are your responsibility. Follow the care advice we give, and take shades and covers down or re-secure them before storms.

If there is a problem with something we sold you, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll look into it. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as damage to goods under a cover that was not fixed properly, and our liability is limited to the price paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani law.

• Please don't misuse the website — for example by sending spam through our forms, trying to break its security, or copying large parts of it.
• The text, logo and design of this website belong to Marfani Enterprises.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
