Shipping & delivery policy

Delivery starts from Rs. 300 and the final charge depends on your location. Checkout shows the charge for your city before you place your order.

Delivery charges depend on your location — we confirm the final amount on the confirmation call.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days, counted from confirmation. Times are estimates, not guarantees — public holidays, heavy rain and courier delays can add time.

• Very large or heavy orders — big tarpaulins, full rolls, tents and structures — may travel by goods transport instead of a courier. We'll confirm the best option and the delivery charge on the confirmation call, before anything is dispatched.
• Custom sizes need time for cutting and stitching. We'll tell you the ready date when we confirm your order.
• For bulk and custom work you can also request a quote; delivery is included in the quote.

After you check out, our team calls or WhatsApps you on the number you gave us to confirm sizes, colours, the delivery address, the delivery charge and the total. We only dispatch confirmed orders. If we can't reach you after a few attempts, we may cancel the order — just place it again or message us.

• Pay the rider or courier in cash when your order arrives. No online payment is needed.
• Please have the exact amount ready if you can; riders may not carry change.
• For large made-to-order jobs, any advance payment is agreed with you on the confirmation call, before work begins.

You're welcome to collect your order from our shop at 20 Murad Khan Road, Jodia Bazaar, Khori Garden, Karachi, Pakistan. Tell us when we call to confirm, and we'll have it ready. Check our opening hours before you visit.

Your order confirmation includes an order number and a private tracking link. You can also track your order with the order number and the phone number you used at checkout.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos, and we'll help.
