Light PE tarpal around 120–180 GSM is fine for occasional cover; 200 GSM PE or parachute sheets suit regular outdoor use; and 550–650 GSM PVC is built for daily truck use and long monsoon seasons. Rinse off dust and mud with plain water and a soft brush; avoid harsh chemicals and petrol, which can damage coatings. Always let sheets dry completely before folding — especially canvas, which can develop mildew if stored damp. Store them rolled or loosely folded in a dry, shaded place.
