Yes. Every website order is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the rider or courier in cash when your order arrives. For large made-to-order jobs, any advance requirement is discussed with you on the confirmation call before work begins, so there are no surprises.

We deliver across Karachi and to cities throughout Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Sukkur. Very large or heavy orders — big tarpaulins, full rolls or structures — may travel by goods transport; we will confirm the best option and the delivery charge when we call you.

Delivery starts from Rs. 300 and the final charge depends on your location. Checkout shows the charge for your city before you place the order, and we confirm the final amount with you on the confirmation call. For very large or heavy orders we agree the delivery charge with you before dispatch.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after we confirm your order. Custom sizes need extra time for cutting and stitching, which we confirm on the order call. Delivery times can stretch during public holidays and heavy rain.

After checkout you receive an order number and a private tracking link. Open the Track Order page and enter your order number with the phone number you ordered with — or simply open the link — to see each step from confirmation to delivery. If you have a question about your order, message us on WhatsApp with the order number.

GSM (grams per square metre) tells you how heavy — and usually how tough — a sheet is. Light PE tarpal around 120–180 GSM is fine for occasional cover; 200 GSM PE or parachute sheets suit regular outdoor use; and 550–650 GSM PVC is built for daily truck use and long monsoon seasons. Tell us what you're covering and for how long, and we'll recommend a grade.

Our PVC, PE and parachute tarpaulins are made from waterproof coated fabrics, so rain runs off rather than soaking through. Cotton canvas is different: it is water-resistant and breathable, and it tightens when wet — which is why it's preferred for loads that need airflow. Water can still get in through poorly tied edges or unsealed overlaps, so tie sheets taut and overlap joins generously.

For trucks, choose heavy PVC (550–650 GSM) for daily long-haul use, or cotton canvas if the load needs to breathe. For rooftops and roof leaks, PVC or silver/white PE works well, and light colours reflect heat. For quick, light-duty cover, PE or parachute tarpal is the most economical choice.

PE (polyethylene) tarpal is light, waterproof and the most affordable. Canvas is thick woven cotton that breathes and handles heat — ideal for trucks and tents. PVC-coated fabric is the heaviest and most durable, fully waterproof and long-lasting. Parachute fabric is a lightweight, waterproof polyester that folds small and is easy to handle every day. Each has its place, and we're happy to help you choose.

Most of our shade nets, PVC tarpaulins, parachute sheets and greenhouse films are UV stabilised, which slows sun damage and fading. The details for each item are listed in its specifications. Even UV-stabilised materials last longer when they are stored out of direct sun when not in use.

Yes. Most tarpaulins, canvas and parachute sheets, shade nets and curtains can be cut and stitched to your measurements. Send the width × length and the material you like on WhatsApp (0345-2212812) or through the product page, and we'll confirm the price and how long it will take.

Measure the area you want to cover in feet, then add extra on each side for tying or overlap — around 1–2 ft per side is common for truck and roof covers. For curtains, measure the width and height of the opening. If you're unsure, send us photos with rough measurements and we'll help you work it out.

Yes. We supply traders, transporters, contractors, factories, farms and event suppliers at wholesale rates. Pricing depends on the product and quantity, so send your list through the Wholesale page or on WhatsApp and we'll quote tiered rates.

Retail customers can buy a single piece of most products. Wholesale rates usually start from around 10 pieces of a tarpaulin size, or from full rolls for fabrics, nets and plastic sheet. Fabrics sold by the metre and curtains priced per square foot have a small minimum, shown on each product page.

Rinse off dust and mud with plain water and a soft brush; avoid harsh chemicals and petrol, which can damage coatings. Always let sheets dry completely before folding — especially canvas, which can develop mildew if stored damp. Store them rolled or loosely folded in a dry, shaded place.

Tie sheets taut so they don't flap in the wind, use every eyelet rather than only the corners, and pad sharp edges on loads. Repair small tears early before they spread. For shade nets, check the ties after storms and re-tension as needed.
